Hourglass focuses on Quality and Customer Service.  While getting new customers is important it's more important to keep them.

Our goal is to continue to expand our business while still maintaining a high level of Quality and Customer Service.  By maintaining good business relationships with our Customers and Suppliers we will achieve that goal.  As the company grows there will be specific attention paid to ensure that we do not become in-flexable nor lose our focus on the key element of any business....

Company history
Hourglass was formed in August of 1995 with a few dollars (I believe it was $5) a borrowed car and 1 customer (with 6 shirts).  In the beginning Hourglass was just a pick-up and delivery service which serviced the Baltimore area.  Our greatest asset has been our loyal customers.  As they continue to tell everyone about us we do our best to live up to their expectations.
